Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Aiah's Diary currently ships within Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3–8 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We're excited to offer shipping to select international destinations! Available shipping countries and shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Duties

Will I have to pay customs duties or import fees?

Orders shipped outside of Canada, including to the United States, may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or courier processing fees upon delivery.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that due to recent changes in US import regulations, additional charges may apply even if you haven't experienced them with previous international orders.

Unfortunately, Aiah's Diary does not determine or control these fees, as they are assessed by the customs authorities and shipping carriers in your destination country.

At this time, all physical product purchases are considered final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, except where required by applicable law.
