Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Aiah's Diary currently ships to Canada and the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3–8 business days
United States: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond my control.

International Shipping

At this time, Aiah's Diary ships exclusively within Canada and the United States. I'm excited to expand to more countries in the near future, thank you for your patience and support! 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside of Canada (including to the United States) may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital Products

All digital products, including eBooks and downloadable guides, are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once purchased.

Returns

I accept returns on unused physical products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact contact@aiahsdiary.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
